Clean and Prepare

Blast cleaning is a surface treatment process to remove rust, mill scale, paint, and contaminants from metal surfaces prior to painting or powder coating.

We have a purpose-built blast room on site that can accommodate large items up to 6 metres in length.
We also have a smaller blast cabinet for smaller more delicate jobs.
Primarily we use Garnet and Aluminium Oxide media for blasting.
We can also provide aqua/vapour blasting.
